Big Bear was fun. The HP tuner and tune from justdsm woke up the truck even more paired with the -3° exhaust cam gears.

Next up is getting the switch pro installed using a one-off mount my buddy milled for me.

It’s cut to fit over the two threaded bungs on the side of the engine bay, so it sits flush.

I found an inferno auto on autotrader maybe mid 2020, i was thinking I should buy it and store it away someplace, if it wasn’t rusty underneath of course. That maybe the rare tacoma that goes up in value instead of keeping a strong resale value. A 6 speed has to be rare as hell.

Ordering my F9 axle. Obviously I can’t share my price though.

This is my third re-balance and rotate on these km3’s. So far they have been great and have worn nicely with 17k miles!

When I initially got my Baja, the dealer let me keep my konig wheels I had at the time. So the TRD beadlocks went on the Tacoma I traded in. Since then I’ve had multiple sets of wheels. I kinda wish I just kept these......I like them more and more every time I see your truck. (Along with your ath high clearance bumper)

Thank you! I agree these wheels look right at home on these trucks. These are a little banged up, but will be up for grabs if/when my volks show up

These wheels are the only reason why I’m tolerating my E-rated bricks. There’s only like 1 or 2 tire models that offer a softer ply in 295/75R16’s. I have pondered the idea of downsizing just to get the C-rated comfort back lol

Nice. Advan RGD2’s-2’s now. I’ve been thinking of selling them for a set of volks. Was the bedside a pain to cut? How much did you have to slice off?

I had to put a 2x4 across the bed and measure 20” down. It was easy for me to cut, but I’ve done it a lot now doing fender trims.

This was my cut before I put the edge molding on!

Yeah I’ll be nervous as shit, but I do have a steady hand lol. I’d totally have you to do my fenders if I was out by you. I don’t trust myself on that one lol

    I'm stumped on something.

As you can see in the pictures the truck was hit hard enough to break the left rear wheel.

Is there any kind of seal or gasket involved when you remove the four bolt hub and axle from the differential?

Any tricks to replacing the axle that I should know?

Jesus man.. Theres no other damage like the frame, leaf spring hangers, driveline, etc??

Hard to tell from that pic but looks like maybe the shock mount is messed up? What did your insurance say?

Yeah, there's other damage but nothing that I can't fix. Shocks, left leaf hanger and shackle, axle and drum, etc.
But what about the seal/gasket when I remove the bent axle? Know anything about that?
