Does anyone know who manufactures the TRD beadlocks for Toyota? The original ones that would have come with 2nd gen trucks, not sure if the new beadlock P/Ns are the same or different manuf.

Nope, I looked through that one. But I went back and double checked during lunch. Some speculation on who makes the new ones, but no conclusive answer on the old ones.

 

I have a set of TRD faux beadlocks for sale here soon. They're in great shape, one has a scuff on it from hitting a tire on the freeway but it looks like with some elbow grease it should come off. Just getting a new set, they'll come with tires on them, Falken Wildpeaks, have tons of life left in them. Shoot me a dm if you're interested, they're getting hard to find. Located in Utah, would prefer not to ship, they'll be off my truck in the next couple weeks.

 

Who has had their TRD beadlocks powder coated? Need new tires so Im going to get mine done in the next few weeks. Get rid of the factory finish which is starting to bubble in multiple places.

Was considering black rings to match the wheels but that seems over done at this point. Anyone got pics of anything different?

 

I had my rings powder coated bronze. In hindsight I wish I would have gone a little brighter bronze but when the truck is clean, it’s a nice contrast. (IMO).

 

Yeah I see what you mean. Plus a lighter bronze would hide the scratches / gouges that Ill end up getting
