Doesn't surprise me about him not calling back. I have contacted dealers as far as 800 miles from me that wont go below sticker. Popular truck

You would still not have a rear locker or A-Trac which is worth quite a bit more. You need a rear locker and A-Trac is flat out amazing if you are buying a 4x4. The TRD Pro is flat out the best Tacoma ever made.

Order it with a deposit and keep looking. If you find one sooner, the deposit should be refundable. Mine was.

True, but from my experience, it is hard to fond one that doesn't already have it added.

As of last Wednesday I was 15th in line for an order. These trucks are going to be limited by a short supply. I do not have an ETA on when mine may or even may not be built. If you can grab one I would do it. I search everyday for something within 200-300 miles from me and nothing.

Also anyone have call-outs on pros & cons of adding a super charge to the possible TRD Pro purchase I'm considering? Thanks

    Nice truck, good choice..
They are expensive and I am hoping that all the hype and cost are worth the bulletproof reputation they have. I have 32k on my 13 Baja and really like it. I'm slowly moding it to get it where I want it. (Heated mirrors with turn signals...dun, BAMF rock sliders, waiting to come in, underhood relay kit from skygear to install, heated seat inserts to install, LED light bar on a BAMF mount behind the grill to install).
TW is hard on your wallet, that is for sure.
