Talked with a local dealership (I live in Virginia) and they told me they don't expect to see the pro until around the new year and it will be priced up to 5K over sticker. Is anyone else getting the same information?

If you went to Koons Toyota I could def see them telling you that crap. I remember that dealership told me their prices were what they were due to the rich market there. I went two cities over and saved 3k on the same truck.

Try using the search feature. There are pics of Pros on the lot, posts by owners already picking the up, threads about folks and their orders, etc.

Find another dealer. One with a brain.

Well I live in Socal so 4x4's are treated like gold. Most tacomas are 2wd here. Every california dealer I spoke to laughed and said they don't need to negotiate on a 4x4 when I said I was looking to get a fair deal and not MSRP or higher. Also the fact that I wanted a manual transmission made it even tougher.

So I flew out of state and drove one back.


If dealers here sell 4x4's at MSRP+ I can't wait to see what people pay here for a Pro.

Arizona, I know a couple people on here have left CA to buy in Oregon as well

 

So, you contacted one dealership to find out about purchasing a PRO and then came here to ask if anyone else has contacted one dealership and heard the same thing?

 

That's what my dealer told me, and I put a deposit down in february. Decided to go with the TRDOR.

I think there prices are crazy, but if I was able to keep selling them at high prices, I'd be crazy to lower my price.
