A manual option would be a good idea on their part.

A motor with some actual torque does sound nice.

I'm sure they'll sell decent, but not going to knock the Tacoma out of the top spot.

"I usually don't drive with a load in the back." Describes 95% of the market.

I'll only buy it if it comes with Burt's arsenal.

Every time I see a Ranger I think man thats ugly. Have started to see a few new bronco sports or whatever their called and I think the same thing ugly. They look a bit like a small explorer I honestly thought I would like them I don’t.

To me, I think the Ranger is okay from the front. Better in pics than real life, but not too bad. The rear is just awful though. The huge bed sides and monster tails.

I've seen a few baby Broncos also. Not too bad. The real Bronco is gonna kick butt though. I hope they can pull it off on the quality side.

Seen the Ranger on a lot and it looks like dogshit. Its like they ripped off the worst lines from the Taco and Colorado to design the truck. Same thing with the Bronco sports, just with the FJ and a Wrangler. Ford has no creativity

Hahaha! I can respect that take.

All that I know is that I'm glad I jumped on a 3rd Gen when I did, and I have a bit of a lust for the Bronco. Not enough to change, but I hope they can be successful. The baby Bronco is a head scratcher, but I like the spin-off looks. If it was me though, I would have cancelled the Escape with the baby Bronco replacing it.

Correction, a pretty good litmus test of "perceived" quality, reliability. Taco actually ranks near the bottom :-(
These aren't the 4 banger Tacos that ran forever back in the day...

They didn't cancel the Escape?? That's shocking. The Bronco sports is essentially an Escape with the Bronco fascia

I don’t think it was that much of a difference.

No they did not, but that is exactly what it is.

    upload_2021-4-21_11-0-21.jpg

Even worse, they have an ICE version of the Mustang Mach-E for the Chinese market. At least they are not calling it a 'Stang.

See I'm the opposite, I think the Ranger looks really off in the front. Can't put my finger on one specific thing, just the entire front end.

The 4.0 is the definition of meh.

Please show me a real world 10K difference between similar models.

Can always count on the Yota fanboys coming out in these type of threads.

I think I know what you're saying. When I see one, I think it is something else for a moment.

But then, I really like the S10 ZR2 when it was new:
