I just ordered TRD rims (PTR20-35080 Matte black)

The instructions say to use only LT 265/75R16

    Will 245s fit?

Going with 245's versus 265/75/16 is about roughly 1" shorter/1" skinnier tire so there's no issues with your preferred tire size. Although 265/75/16 will look beefier and IMO better with those wheels. If you do any offroading that will require air down psi, the 265's would hold the tire bead better to the rim due to being wider.

I should have clarified. I have the stock P245 tire size on the factory 16 inch alloys.. I didn't realize when I ordered them they were apparently a little wider than the stock rim size.. The tire tread has 5/32 left so I couldn't see getting rid of the tires with some tread left. The other option is to just wait until next year to have the new wheels installed when it is time for new tires.
