trd supercharger, afe cai, doug thorley lt hearders, magnaflow exhaust, rcd 4.5" lift with ome 883 springs, cbi ditch light mounts with rigid industry D2 spot lights,
anyone running a trd sc, cai, dtlt headers, and and exhaust with no cats??
if so have you had any problems, with blown head gaskets, or the truck running too rich and washing out the piston rings, or even fouled plugs?

the trd sc has the stock pully, the ecu is the reflash from yota, and I have an aeromotive 340lph fuel pump, I also have the o2 sim from gadget for my front cats.

That wouldn't surprise me. It's been a while since I reviewed the theory, but if I recall, lower exhaust pressure caused by doing something like removing the cat increases exhaust velocity and can fool the o2 sensor into thinking you are running lean.

Wait, what does the ECU expect as far as fuel rail pressure and lph? If the ECU flash is based on a pump with lower pressure or lower flow, that could explain it...

as far as I know, its expecting the factory pump.

    Check Out The S/C Build
Yup Yup and as long you've got the O2 sensor simulator your good to go! I have not ran into any issues what so ever being cat-less!

If you wanna find out the parts I've got check out my first post on my build for the exhaust & parts!

I got 1 pending code about "cats not working at optimum capacity" or some crap like that
.... Well no shit they aren't working at their peak lol.

Turned off pending codes on ultragauge.

I'm a little confused here. You don't have front and rear cats, but you do have front and rear o2 sensors. You don't have the simulator hooked up to your front (primary) o2 sensor wiring do you?

I have everything you mentioned except for the headers and I haven't had any problems.

As far as the fuel rail pressure, that is controlled by the factory FPR and it doesn't have anything to do with lph from fuel pump.

But I would check the spark plugs and made sure they are properly gapped and not causing some sort of detonation in the cylinder(s). Has the gasket always blown around 1 or 2 cylinders?
