TRD Sema with Bead locks?????

Hey guys forum virgin so please be gentle, not sure what I'm doing.

I was researching Wildpeak at3w tires and came across this pic on the Falken Tires site.

The red trd on the wheels caught my eye and I thought "hey the sema's don't come in
beadlocks....do they?"

Can't tell what kind of rig they're on or anything.
Wise Tacomers...please help.

Anyone know about these at all?

Any reviews on these rubbers also?

 

Those could be a beadlock ring.. I'm not sure why you'd run it on such a small tire. It has practical reasons, such as if you're running a hell of a lot more weight, but still.. They drive horribly.

Anyway, I got off track. Companies like OMF specialize in and will charge to do a beadlock conversion. Its possible... Interested to hear if anyone has any concrete answers as well, subbed.

This is our 4runner. They are TRD 17in wheels. The Bead lock rings were added by OMF performance. They have done wheels for us for years. They machine down the outer wheel lip and weld on a new ring with threads that will accept the bead lock ring. The actual benefit is to air down and not loose your outer bead. It also makes the wheel stronger. The big gain for us is you guys talking about them and we think they look cool. Here are a few more they've done for us over the years. And yes they are not cheap but cool looking.
