TRD Shift Knob, Automatic

Looking for one of these if anyone has one sitting around collecting dust. NLA from Toyota.

I have one but cant see the trd anymore. Might need a buff and clean

Mine did the same thing, all the paint wore off. I vinyl wrapped it gloss black metallic and then added the new TRD letters on top to match the inferno orange paint. The vinyl cutter came in handy and now it’s good as new!

 

I replaced mine for now. Not sure what Ill do with the old one yet.. but if its on ebay for $300, mine is a steal for $100

 

This website shows its $65 plus $20 shipping for NEW, I would pay around $40-$50 for a good USED condition one if they are only $85 new, just my opinion!

I had one but the trd part was coming unglued from the leather part.

not sure if I kept it or not I’ll look around.

I didn’t realize these were valuable. I went through like three of them on my 2013 4runner.

 

Not really valuable. I think their production might have been paused a while back, but it looks like they're available from the dealer now.

I don't have a link. Had a friend custom make it for me. The thread pitch for the King rod end is 0.875"x14. My friend bought a bolt that size, put it on the lathe and matched the factory thread pitch

 

After seeing the input here on the issues with durability, I have decided on a burl wood one instead. Etsy and Amazon have a selection of nice ones at pretty reasonable prices with good reviews.

Find a place that has swapped rod ends and Ill ask my friend if he will make the bolt part for you. I remember him saying it was a $22 bolt that he cut down.

I had him make me another one for my future tcase swap, and ill get the pattern engraved in the second one
