Hi everyone, I have my tacoma on order. The dealer told me today that it is in "A" status. I'm not sure what that means, does anyone have a clue? I got a good deal I think... although getting a little impatient.Office Lens 20150920-151213-01.jpg

I believe that means Allocated. Which means the factory has committed to building that one for the dealer.

What was the final price, and where are you located? The TDA has been different on every invoice I've seen.

I'm located in the central valley, CA . 31839 is the offer. Might renegotiate when the truck gets here.

Most people are getting 500 to 750 over invoice.. so invoice is a good deal no?

Can I ask what TDA ($561) under dealer price is for?

    Thanks for clarifying!

Toyota Dealer Advertising Fee. Some people say they are able to negotiate it out, but it's a commonly accepted fee that many dealers won't negotiate on. I think $561 is the cheapest I've seen, but i've seen it go up to $725ish. It's model + options at invoice price + $900 destination + TDA + gasoline is the invoice price. You can get invoice pricing for model and options here:https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/2016-tacoma-model-package-option-costs-master-list.388345/

i believe the three statuses are A (allocated), F (freight), and G (ground)

4x2 will come sooner than later. Dealer can get build or trade. 4x4 is harder to come across at this time. Let it be known I base this on nothing. But I have seen 3 for sale locally all 4x2 and no 4x4. Also all are access cab. Still on the lot. The one 4x4 they had lasted about it 12 hours
