Noticed one of my center caps was missing. After some googling and looking on eBay. I have found some replacements in the $30 range and some in the $70+ range. I notice the cheaper ones don’t have the metal wire on the backside in most pictures. Any suggestions for a replacement and not spending $70+ on plastic…

Wish I could offer something other than I hate these things. I've replaced 3, Toyota covered 1 of them because one was missing right after I left after getting the vehicle serviced. And I have 2 that are loose right now. Couldn't find anything online that was cheaper than the dealer and they were around $80CDN.

Similar options to finding any kind of part, I imagine.
    • Post a “want to buy” ad here, Craigslist, Facebook
    • Crawl around scrap yards hoping to find one
    • Replace all four with generic parts store axle nut caps
    • Wait for a Toyota dealer parts department sale
    • Patiently wait for a good price on a legit used one on eBay
    • Gamble with the quality of a knock off on eBay
    • Design something to 3d print
    • Replace your wheels
    • Replace your truck

Last option might be the winner honestly! But that’s smart to put a want to buy out. Thank you!

Darn. You hate to hear it. I might take a gamble on eBay and just return it if bad!
