TRD Sport seat material - where to acquire

Hi All-

So I got what I think will be a pretty awesome idea for the armrest material swap project. Instead of doing the black leather like most of you are doing, I want to do something a little different. I have the TRD sport seats, and I really dig that cross hatched waffley kind of material they made the center of the seats up with. What I would like to do is get my hands on enough of that specific material to replace the armrests with.

The question now is - where the heck do I get it?

Once I have it, I am also going to try to dye it black. So I will need some extra to experiment with. Does anyone have an automotive upholstery shop they could recommend asking, or maybe a distributor for the fabric? Would be really cool.
