    Wow.

I would be willing to trade mine, but hits a long swim.

Better get my little outrigger and sail the seas, Moana style.

Though, thanks for the offer. I'll first go see what my dealer says about this.
I did message the guy that handled my Tacoma. Basically ignored it...

Toyota has the SN# of the headunit that was put in your truck, never tried getting that into from them, but I would assume calling them with the vin and headunit serial number they should be able to tell if it was the headunit put in from the factory. If they match, it’s easy proof the factory messed up and I assume would fix it without any argument. If they don’t match, it’ll be a harder matter.

Reading you initial posts, i would have said go to another dealer, but being from Guam, you have the same problem as we do here in Hawaii, NO OTHER TOYOTA DEALER. At least in my experience, Servco isnt shady. Guam also gets its cars from Servco doesnt it? Since they are the pacific area distributor.

Does other higher models (TRD Sport, OR, Limited or Pro) in Guam have the premium HU? It could be that the Nav in the premium unit is not available in Guam so they didnt put it in any of the Tacomas. They tend to do that crap here in Hawaii also. My Taco and my wifes Lexus didnt have Entune installed on either HU.

Even if you had/get Entune, will the features work in Guam? I have heard (here on this website) that many of the entune features won't work in Hawaii.

I am actually unsure on that, our dealer is called Atkins Kroll, AKguam for short.
I do know my friends TRD OR has the Entune Premium.

And yes, I do believe the Nav does not work here. I use Waze for Nav anyways. Even all of my companies 5 Siennas have Entune Premium Units.

    Sadly no, not anymore...
I noticed the missing standards when I was reading the Toyota brochure.
When I got the truck, I just assumed that the entune I got was the standard. Since the HU is usually not one of the things on the priority list to look out for.

Can one get lost on Guam? Once, many years ago -the plane I was on (on my way to Okinawa) landed on Guam. I had the impression from the air, we were landing on a "postage stamp"!?

Ye, from the air, you basically can see close to 80% of the entire island.
It is possible, lots of directionally challenged people on this "postage stamp".

It is a Pre-Runner, but according to Toyota, it is a standard for the TRD trims. Are dealers allowed to remove standard features?
