OP, good luck with whatever you go with, or do to your truck.

    As far as posing...

I have an Offroad, and other than dirt roads, I have never taken it off road. Does that make me a poser? Sure. But I liked what came with the package, and don't care what others think, especially anonymous people on the internet.

My mothers parents both passed before I was born, so did my dads mother. My dads father died 2 days after I was born. So I never had the opportunity to know them. When my kids started having kids, I made it my business to be as involved in their lives as was humanly possible. As much as they have added to MY life, I have to believe I've added something to theirs that no one can ever take away from them. I know this for sure. I know what it's like to NOT have grandparents in my life. These kids will never have to deal with that.

Spend every minute you can with them.

My 99 Ranger has the 3.0 V6 with the 5 speed and has about 185k on her. I still have it and drive it 3 or 4 times a week, it just started to nickel and dime me. Still the best vehicle I 've ever owned.

So true Bluegrass. My wife has been doing in house hospice care for the last ten years. Believe me when I tell you that my ideas of what's important is far different from most. I try to spend as much time with family and friends in general as is possible.

As far as "poser" goes.....We're all "posers" of one sort or another. 99.9% of us don't NEED a 4wd. Most of us have stuff we've added to our trucks that are for all intents and purposes useless or of very limited value. We do it because WE WANT TO. And there's NOTHING wrong with that. I don't think I need to impress anyone. Quite frankly, I couldn't possibly care any less what anyone else thinks about what I do to my truck. It's what I think about it that matters. Poser? maybe. But who the hell cares.

TOTALLY agree, it don't make any difference at all to real folks, only those stuck on things like that would even say a word.do what you like.what yr is urs? I have some brand new trd front seat covers in light grey for 05-whatever. if youd be interested. but do what you want and don't think twice about anyone who would think diff. its yours man.would you let your kid wear a football playrers jersey? if so are they being posers? or you wearing your fav jersey are you being a poser then? no it means you like or support them. no diff on your truck.
