Really?! Wow they really stick it to you guys.

Interstate commerce is not taxable in most states, if I buy something from California but live in Washington, and ship it to Washington I am exempt from sales tax. California does not have the right to tax me since I am not a resident, and Washington does not have the right to tax me as the goods were purchased in CA.

Edit: this is no different than presenting my WA license in CA and filling out a tax exemption form for a purchase based on being a non-resident.

Weird. You might be right? I don't remember if I paid state tax or not lol. My wallet disliked it either way lol, but my truck and I loved it :D

    Yup, good 'ole California...

"California law requires tax on in-state purchases, and also requires tax on items purchased out-of-state for use in California"

Double dip much. If I even got started I would be banned...

Our state tax might be slightly higher, but we dont tax out of state purchases or income tax.

I don't know how people without boost manage day to day.

Oh you know, we get by. It was difficult at first, but slowly cutting back helped a lot. I have more energy now and not as tired as before when I was boosting with coffee, monster energy, redbull, and rockstar. :D

Also, helps not living in the Great State of Queen Christine. How's the state inflicted toll on I405 helping with traffic?

Yeah I bought the super chargers from local dealers. I didn't jump on the sc train until after the announcement of them shit canning the program. To think I was a cheap ass back then and didn't want to fork over the 3,800 for the complete kit back then.

I jumped on the bandwagon right at the beginning of the all the hype...paid 4900. I didn't get hurt too bad. I definitely would not pay the prices we're seeing now for the TRD.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
I payed about 4400 as well

IIRC it has something to do with their firmware and memory limiting the ECU to one reflash. So you get the TSB reflash and suddenly it won't take the TRD SC reflash when you want it.
