On that note......what clutch would you recommend? I looked at all the ones urd have but honestly wouldn't know which one to get. I don't plan on doing anything too drastic in my truck, but I do like to have fun and I'm always up for upgrading weaker parts to better ones.

I ordered the Hurst Core shifter, should be here next week...im gonna stay in my clutch until the TOB goes bad or the clutch is burnt up and then slap in a URD twin disk with TOB upgrade and call it a day

*shrug* I dunno, but apparently it goes bad on these and URD fixed it.

A better more expensive one? One made with 'Unobtainium'. Wiki it, pretty cool.

From what I understand the oem part is an aluminum sleeve that acts as a locator for the throw out bearing. Over time it becomes un-concentric or slightly "wobbly". The URD part is a steel sleeve so it is much more durable and less prone to deformation.

Yep, centering properties of Unobtainuim prevents galactic locators from deforming. It's all in the foil hat, get it on before the purge hits!

    Drunk post. Yep.

Look what the UPS man dropped off yesterday. Been wanting this since I got the truck and Toyota's decision to stop production forced me to do it earlier. Now I have to decide if I'm going to try the install myself or take it to a dealer. Haven't done any major work like this before.

Thanks! Dropping off the truck on Monday. The service manager has installed them before and is overseeing the install. They said 2-3 days and charging me for 10 hours of work. Also giving me a loaner :).

It looks like some of us may be shit out of luck...... Ive called every dealer on the partsvoice list and my local dealers, everything is spoken for. There is one fit kit being checked on for me right now at Victory Toyota... But that doesnt matter because I cant find the supercharger.....

    Not stoked I waited.

Called cabe toyota in Long Beach? when i got mine about a month ago there were 7 superchargers and 4 fit kits. since then it looks like one or two guys on here picked one up also since then but I would imagine they might have some still. Unless they transferred them to another dealer.

Thats Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa AZ... I called them 2 days ago and almost convinced their counter guy to sell me that to me before their crazy price hike. Too bad one of the veterans came around and caught it and said it was "spoken" for
