So after calling close to 25 dealers all over the states, I still can't find a fit kit. So I stopped my my dealer and talked to the parts guys. He call TRD and they told him they are filling 39 back orders of the fit kits. After that they are done. Parts guy asked what about the people that have the supercharger but can't find the fit kit. TRD said its not there problem and that magnuson supercharger the makers of the trd kit my have something coming out to fill the gap. At this point I'm like fuck toyota.

How would it feel to be the guy who paid over 8K for a TRD S/C only to learn months later that Magnussion brought the same S/C directly to market?

What should happen is TRD knows how many superchargers they have. If some one showed up to a dealer looking for a fit kit and can show proof of purchase of the supercharger its self, they should order a fit kit for that charger.

If there are no kits left how can they do that? You can order all day, if you get something is another. Post 1040 says there are 39 for TRD backorder, and that's it. Now, some dealers etc probably have some hidden, or no one has checked with them.

Looks like the lake is running dry now.

    What haven’t I changed?
    Main S/C assy.: PTR29-35090
    05-15 Tacoma fit kit: PTR29-35120

Oh wait, nvm. You wanted all the part numbers in the kit. I'm looking through the install instructions, including the parts list, but there aren't any individual part numbers :(

So if you read earlier I went round and round with Irving Toyota and they refused to sell unless it was picked up in person (I live in San Diego...). Well I figured out how to one up those a-holes (or they one upped me because they got thousands of dollars out of me).....

Keep in mind..... the P/N in the post above are for items in BOTH the fitkit and s-charger kit.

I believe the fitkit only has a few of those components. (radiator, bracket, etc)

This PDF shows the fit kit etc. There is no part number to any of the fit kit parts, but besides the radiator, hood support bracket and some basic parts I think that's all there is in the fit kit. The rad bracket is diff because it's bent to make room for the heat exchanger. You can buy a heat exchanger. Bracket, it can be changed/modified.

Wow, I'm off the grid for a few days and there is four pages to catch up on, and it is surprisingly relatively on topic.

I noticed when swapping my trd performance filter included with the SC for the stock one, for the off road trip (I would not run an oil/cloth filter in dusty conditions) that Toyota put a dab of paint on the charger pulley to shaft connection. In other words they will be able to tell if you swap pulleys. Has anyone else encountered this? If so what did you do?
