Hey guys! I'm looking at buying a 04' ext cab with 105,000 miles an automatic and supercharger. I would like to be educated on what to be aware of with a supercharged 3.4l. I drove the truck and it shifted out fine and it felt strong. I noticed a little rattle from the engine when i romped down on it to get on the interstate. Is that a normal charteristic of the supercharger?

That's pre-detonation. URD has a fueling kit that takes care of that. Mine is a 2001 and I have the supercharger and it does the same thing. I plan on getting the URD fueling kit soon.
