    Bully dog didn't work for the reflash and tech stream didn't either. I had to get a new ecm. From what I've researched, some of the ecm's from 2009 and 2014 had this issue. The ecms works fine and don't throw codes but it's like trying to install new game on your home computer but the game is missing the set up wizard

    So did you end up with a new stock ECM and then a TRD reflash?

    Did you do the install yourself?

    You're the first I've seen with the Magnuson charger. I'm sure it's functionally the same as the TRD one was, I just really love hearing new impressions of supercharger owners

    I just picked up a mechanical oil pressure gauge to go along with a boost gauge, is there an easy spot to connect the tubing on a 4.0?

    It's a stock ecm that has the trd reflash and not the bully dog reflash. At least this way my ecm has a one year unlimited mile warranty on it from Toyota. I did the install myself in a dimly lit parking garage with very basic hand tools while holding a flashlight with my teeth. It took me about a day and a half to do this way. My truck is on 35's and has lots of armor but is regeared. Initially I wasn't overly impressed with the new power boost but a few days ago I put the 2.825 pulley on it and its night and day difference. Really happy with it now.

    Nice! That must be a good feeling of accomplishment. I installed mine over thanksgiving break and had the same first impression but after some run time on the new flash, it got a lot better. A road trip and some WOT runs helped. Looking forward to the 2.8 pulley. Thanks for posting your experience.

    Shout out to @JuanitoBunito for putting me onto an awesome deal for a new set of hi temp coated Afe headers and oem o2 sensors. $500 was too good of a deal to pass up. I installed them this weekend and they fit better than my existing long tube headers. They also quieted my truck down and have me a little more low end. Cats appear to be actual spin high flow cats, not the crap magnaflow tries to pawn of as hi flow. So far I am extremely pleased with them. If you're ever on the west coast Juanitobunito I owe you a beer.

    That's awesome Jason!!!! I'm glad it worked out. I was gonna buy them for myself but they don't have the injection tubes for the dam emissions crap my truck has. Man , whata a deal you got!!! Please let me know how those continue to work out for you. I've still been wanting to buy a set but wanted some solid reviews and your the first person I know that has them.....I believe on this whole site......and yeah bro someday you can buy me a tall cold one . :cheers:

    I have it on my truck with there mk3 system. Truck is pretty dame quick with the whole package and it does great off road. But never drove it with just the ucon.
