    There is a rebuild kit on eBay that I'm probably gonna pick up. The company's description states it fits blowers for second gens. From 05 to 12??? I messaged him and asked why wouldn't this work on my 14...same motor, blower part number and so on.

    They said the kit is not confirmed for the newer series superchargers howerver, it is probable that they share the correct parts.
    According to them the series one s/c's are "grey top trd " and the second are black.

    There is no way a Toyota technician could see a difference between and apr 2.85 pulley and the stock one... No freaking way

    I would recommend the URD 2.85 stealth pulley. It's got all the stamps of the stock 3.0 pulley and looks exactly like it you take a micrometer to it

    With all being said. What parts would the stealer remove from a stock v6 if they installed the SC? I'm only asking because I had the stealer install my SC.

    I might get all attorney on their ass. If I knew an attorney that is.

    I would make sure to let them know you want every stock piece they pull off. That's part of your truck, they can't just take it because you replaced it

    So as far as the TRD intake is concerned, since it causes "lean" conditions, it's almost exactly what supercharged trucks need to help remove the richness of the factory supercharged tune right?

    I wonder if anyone has tried the Volant intake and how that has worked out for them.

    Right but it almost sounds as if the factory intake is not flowing as much air as the TRD one. Based upon the fact that the stock tune dumps fuel for fun, ideally the TRD CAI would be an ideal mod then if my understanding about it is correct, right?

    How come? Its allowing more air over stock right? Thats exactly whats needed to help balance the lean/rich situation. At least you would think.

    I would say PASS on the TRD Super Charger..just because they decided to stop making it/parts for it, so if anything was to happen your SoL. Would've been nice to own one though.

    I'd say pass unless you're getting it at pre-panic pricing. Otherwise, the aftermarket will fill the void shortly.

    So what you're saying is that by removing the breather as an obstruction from that area of the intake and relocating it further down that would eliminate the "blinding" of the MAF? I never even thought of or noticed that about its location in relativity to the MAF itself before.
