    It does in that this type of code generally comes up when the vehicle is warm... but it could be a multitude of potential things. Have you cleaned the MAF lately/ever? Were there any symptops when it happeded in terms of rough idle or anything?

    So I'm still getting the CEL and when it comes on it turns my traction control off too.
    When I clear the codes it goes away.

    Is it normal for that to be shut off when you get a CEL?

    yes, that light comes on with check engine light and goes off with it too.

    I want to upgrade my stock y-pipe. Originally I was thinking the urd y-pipe, but from a ground clearance standpoint, it looks like the doug thorley "y pipe bomb" is a better choice. Plus I wouldn't have to worry about heating up the trans. My truck is a DD and a rock crawler so clearance is key (im thinking with the urd pipe, my skids would need to be lowered or modified in some way). Looks like both eliminate the rear cats to increase flow/power. So pros/cons of one over the other?

    urd y-pipe doesnt cross over/under the trans pan? pics ive seen it does but maybe I'm wrong then.

    Dunno if its different for 4x4/2WD but my URD Y pipe crosses in front of my trans crossmember, and also sits just a hair higher than that crossmember, which I found out the hard way when I went to bolt in an All Pro trans skid and it wouldnt fit. Weirdly I have yet to ding the Y pipe at all but have scrapes all over my crossmembers and frame lol

    Guys, it finally happened. Had a 3rd gen roll up on me on my way home just now (just got home). He took off on the bridge and I outpaced him easily then I cruise controlled the rest of the way until the last good 2 miles of straightaway he pulled up next to me and started pacing me...as soon I dropped to 5th he started accelerating so I dropped to 4th really quick and took off...then, seeing that I had some more engine left, figured I'd pop down into 3rd for a extra bump...and shifted like a idiot in to 5th, and still proceeded to keep a couple car lengths on him until I got into the higher rpms and then easily outpaced him. That seriously made my day LOL. (Obviously on a closed track or within the posted speed limits)
