    The 7th supplements the tiny intercooler, by using the fuel to reduce the charge air temps.

    Higher boost pressure, increases the compressed are temperature. The IAT sensor is pre charge. So it cannot adjust the map, for the increased temp, as it cannot read it.

    Deoending on your climate, additional power mods, and how frequently (including duration) the skinny pedal french kisses the floor board, are all reasons why you would consider it.

    Primary injectors should always be sized to match or be over, the engine HP requirements. First and foremost.

    Interesting. I would say I'll probably be at least 350 at the crank with UCON, if not more...wonder if I should I should swap to larger injectors while I'm at it

    How much over? Sounds like the 7th injector is as much cooling as it is providing additional fuel. Would running 61lb injectors instead of the TRD 440cc (~42 lbs) eliminate the need for 7th?

    For the cost that they are, it is worthy. They already have maps for them, so it would be straight drop in, plug in ecu, and drive away.

    Bring up the question though. As they have dealt with both the properly sized injectors, and the need for the 7th, a lot.

    Are there still fitment issues at all? Thought I read there was an issue with the 7th rubbing on the TRD SC body or something

    Fuel rail adapter, at rear of passenger side of the fuel rail. Sometimes it touches and sometimes it does not. A few passes with a files, to the adapter, clears it up.

    I would suggest do the Supercharger first, get a feel for it, then do secondary mods. That way you can feel the gain. Going full throttle with everything right off the bat might make you feel like you want alot more when there isn't that much more. You can almost double the HP out of the SC with all the mods, but after that it gets a little rocky trying for more. Alot of people coming from other supercharged vehicles feel like they gained nothing with just the blower (and whine about it constantly :rofl: ) while there are some of us that love it from the get go.

    UCON, since easily available for the '07. Fuel pump, and AFR gauge. Then a 2.7" pulley. :D

    TRD SC, UCON, CNG conversion, RC 6" (lifted 4"/3" air suspension) w/FOX 2.5, 315/70R17 Duratracs, RECARO seats, etc.
    Except you have to pull out the SC again if you are going to UCON route.

    Any idea why the UCON says it is only for 2005-08 and not later. I have an '11 and I know they added the emissions pump in '12 but I didn't think there was much difference until '12.
