    You ordered it on sat? Cool. Glad I could help. You didn't pay tax so that's about right then. I payed right at $5k with tax then $1k install. I'm sure shipping and insurance was about $100 or so, so not too bad of a price. Measly gains for the money IMHO, but it really makes a difference for sure. Give it a few weeks of pushing it pretty hard to relearn etc, maybe give you better response.

    I think Lobster drove like a granny the first 2k after getting his, so his SC is Potato, or so he says.:ballchain::burnrubber:

    I frikkin love my SC. To be honest, what I've noticed is alot of guys are running stock upgrades as well, so the SC doesn't really have alot of room to breathe, I wish I could take everyone for a ride in mine-

    AFE Intake
    URD Y pipe and URD 3" exhaust
    URD 2.85 Pulley

    Still need to throw headers on, but what's on there right now really makes me happy. My Prerunner just had a TRD Exhaust and TRD Intake and I thought that was the bee knees, but now I'm astounded by how much quicker the Taco has

    I have SC/AFE intake/udr2.85 pulley/udr headers/udr ypipe/Gibson cat back. Other then the rasp from the exhaust(fixing that with 2 vibrant resonators)I love how it drives. Now just need to figure out the check engine light issue.

    I had dtlt headers and URD full exhaust..and it was too loud for me.didnt make a big enough difference for all of it I stay on.took it off and sold it for dirt cheap.only thing that stayed on was my AFE intake.i really wana put that 2.85" pulley on..just hesitant cause Ive never swapped a pulley and I don't wanna void my warranty!

    I love mine, the drone is a little annoying at times, but I blame that on the base stereo system...once I upgrade that I won't have a drone :D

    Where did you hear that? Removing both sets of cats makes rasp retarded lol. Maybe if you have the full spec U system from headers to exhaust...

    Maybe if you have the Uspec headers teamed up with the full Uspec exhaust.
    I have the headers,standard Y pipe and Gibson exhaust.

    That doesn't make any sense lol. I think he's talking about the full Spec U system, because of the muffler and resonator combo causes the loss of rasp

    Ok I'm starting to get a little annoyed. I keep getting a check engine light.
    I will pull the code tomorrow but I certain it's going to be 0/2 sensor as the only change I have made is the ypipe and the headers. Seem like the 0/2 simulator is not working.

    Yea I do kind of remember reading about that, something about the engine pulses causing rasp but the equal length softening that out..either way though, rasp is usually from lack of cats...I know I gained some rasp at higher RPMs due to no rear cats. I'm slowly researching high flow cats to put on to the DTST's with V bands, so I can swap them out whenever.

    I like the power of the udr headers. But I'm at the point I'm going to pull them off. I noticed the passenger side is hitting the coil tower. Now my exhaust is rubbing on the bottom of the cross member. It only does that when the exhaust is hot. Then once it cools down it stopes rubbing. The SS in the headers and ypipe expand and contract so bad they are causing fitment issues.

    So.....instead of having headers with no cats and 02 sims.....do people ever weld on a set of cats onto the shorty headers? Or does that defeat the purpose as far as the oem cats being too restrictive?
