    Hey, I also forgot to ask about the cable that goes from the gauge to the sensor......did you route that though the same big rubber boot where the main clump of wires goes through? Just wanna know if the plug that ends up hooking in to the back of the gauge will fit through there.

    That looks good. There is enough clearance to not push the cable and cause wear.

    Copy that.....I'm hearing that this afr AEM UEGO gauge has plenty of sensor cable allowing me to run it collector of the y-pipe....like in my above pic. I just want to make sure before I place my order.

    It does. Im right past the passenger side collector and it still has a couple feet zip tied up

    u can also order a replacement cable.... Then solder them together if need be.....
    I did this and had some extra even tho I ran along pass side of truck from the ypipe, and into glove box, behind dash (ziptie to crash bar), and then ran to the driver side a pillar.
    Wires are color coded..... Easy peasy

    Yeah it sounds easy enough for me....I don't like messing with electrical but this is definitely something I can tackle. From what I've seen so far the sensor cable should reach the y-pipe collector. I'll stretch it out and double check before I have my shop weld in a bung.
    Quick question......can I ground more than 1 wire to the same bolt??? I plan on running the ground to the same location(driver side footwell behind the kick panel by the left foot. I grounded my boost gauge there and I believe there is only that one bolt I used.

    yes you can. At one point I had like 4 switches grounded to that bolt behind the kick panel.

    So, my clutch is dust. Slipping in 2-6 at this point, if I give it more than 1/4-1/3 throttle. One its super warm after driving for a bit it doesn't do it AS much, but it still slips like crazy. Hit up the dealer just for shits n giggles as I was walking by and they basically said if they pull the rpm and boost history and find that I've revved to high or high boost its a null warranty. So my quote to install a URD Clutch/Flywheel/Thrust bearing was $739 OTD. Pretty sure I can find a reputable transmissing dealer to do it for much cheaper, unsure if I want to tackle it myself...unless Harbor freight has any deals on transmission jacks...hmmm lol. I'm feeling the same way how I did about the supercharger install...I must just do it and learn some shit.

    Yep, a ground is a ground........ They are not isolated since they all should ground to the same place in the end...... The chassis

    You can't really overload a ground. If you were talking about power source, whole different ball game, but ground you can put as many that fit on the bolt.

    Yes. Just wrap the fucker in tape around a clothes hangar, make sure there's no hard bumps it can catch on and pull her on through. it'll fit. even when you're pulling and it seems like it wont. it will.

    Well no, not in a house, the ground is there to prevent accidents. The return is the wire that carries all the amperage. If an outlet is rated 20 amps, then the line and return are both no more than 20 amps.

    In a truck, ground is different. It is the return path or the negative of the 12 vdc. If you were to have 5 returns bolted to a small firewall bolt and each of the returns was 20 amps, then you might overheat the bolt at the contact point.
