    Got my AEM afr gauge today. Just double checking, the little female adaptor is the actual bung I give my exhaust guy to weld into my y-pipe collector...yes???

    17mm deep socket; 14mm deep socket; vacuum cap for the clutch line once removed from the truck; knipex parallel pliers or 10mm flare nut wrench to remove the clutch line; various extensions; pic or similar to remove harness from top of trans; 14mm wrenches for drive shaft hardware; trans jack of some sort.

    ^Awesome. So the clutch/flywheel/throw out bearing are all bolt in parts? Nothing gets pressed in? What about clutch adjustment or something like that? Anything special about the job i should know? Ive never touched a trans before in my life, so this could get interesting lol

    "Clutch adjustment," will be with the black piece which is attached to the clutch master cylinder, underneath the clutch pedal. Basically you adjust it, IF NEEDED, to have a small air gap. Between the tip of it and the pedal.

    The TOB is easy and self explanatory. Just clean and add new grease to the joints. You'll see when you're in there.

    It should come with an alignment tool, the clutch. If not, a deep 19mm in an extension will do the trick.

    Test fit the pressure plate onto the flywheel, prior to installation. To make sure the powder coating of the pressure plate, doesn't interfere with the aligning dowel pins of the flywheel. If it cannot easily slide onto the flywheel, remove the powder coating in those dowel pin holes. **********!!!!!!!!!

    !!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok lol. Still not sure if im gonna be doing it, garage is currently set up for the puppy and a bunch of other crap, so I cant quite park the truck in it to work on it. Gonna get a couple quotes from nearby shops and see if its affordable first. Dealer quoted $740 for installing all 3, but thats just the local dealer.

    I don't know what mine is like, but ill give the lightweight a try...i read that its better for acceleration, but at a loss of torque, which since I'm not towing anythung, I'm ok with.

    I prefer the light weight. Less reciprocating mass = free'd up ponies.
