There are a lot of different factors that go into surgical "maintenance" or implant replacement. The type of implant and obviously quality is a major determination. Where the implant is, under the muscle or above, is a factor. Also, the size of the implant is a huge factor. One you get into the 800cc+ range, the need and frequency for future surgeries becomes greater. It also depends on the individual woman. The smaller the woman and larger the implant proportionate to her size will matter too.

In other words, while there are some general "rule of thumbs" when it comes to implants, the frequency of maintenance or new replacement implants vary from individual to individual.

Whatever you do, don't cheap out or go to a doctor who will throw in any size implant regardless of individual. Bargain prices and massive (or disproportionate) implants will not produce the desired results and will lead to future problems.

    Yes, I sold my '13 Taco. :'(

Sorry for the laggy response, been really disconnected from a lot of things as of late.

Anyway, the exhaust setup on my truck was a result of trial and error, and out of (somewhat) necessity. I'm happy to say I've been satisfied with it and have had zero hesitation recommending it to other TW members with great success ie: @Justus & @Moose1988

I knew I wanted a full 3" system since I am supercharged with long tubes, but did not want to pay for the full URD 3" system MAINLY because I am running a spring under axle suspension setup out back so I'd need more of a "middle of the bed" dumped style exhaust for clearance purposes. To pay for the full URD(not the Spec U one) exhaust then to immediately have to hack most of the tail end of it off would be a waste of money. So I made the decision to go somewhat custom.

I AM running the 3" front pipe of the URD Mk3 exhaust that I bought as a separate component from URD directly. I proabably could have just used a muffler shop for that part, had I known it was going to be a ROYAL PAIN in the ass to buy it as an individual exhaust part from URD. The "pain in the ass" part sadly wasn't a manufacturing obstacle, it was Gadget himself. I will ONLY speak for myself but he was a total DICK when I said I only wanted the front pipe of the Mk3 exhaust system. I was getting a little "insulting" vibe from him as if I was doing something so sacrilege to one of his products by not ordering the WHOLE thing. I told him my reasons, but he kept firing back with "well, that doesnt make any sense AT ALL." Well it had to come down to me saying "SO DO YOU WANT MY BUSINESS RIGHT NOW OR DO YOU NOT?!" ...and he conceded and let me expedite the transaction of buying this ONE exhaust component. I believe it was right under $200 to my door back then. 5 business days later, a box comes with the front pipe from URD. It sucks I had to have such a shitty experience with Gadget himself, but whatever. I am but a pebble in the huge sandbox of customers URD has. I know business is business, but maybe don't be a dick when you have a customer willing to pay whatever to get an individual component shipped out. ANYWAYS, back on track...

The 4.0 v6 in these Tacomas flat out sounds like shit both inside and outside of the cab if you run a dumped exhaust. ESPECIALLY in 3" sizing. I started out having a Magnaflow 3" round race muffler welded at the end of the front pipe, dumping just past the cab right before the rear axle. That was a mistake....and a mistake that I couldnt even live with for 24 hours. Did it sound "BECAUSE, RACE TRUCK"??? You bet. LOUD in all aspects, all the time. I have the manual 6sp so rowing through gears was fun if not just a form of entertainment. I had it taken off the next morning and in its place a huge 3" center in/center out Magnaflow muffler. The longest one they make: 22". Sounded PERFECT...no drone, nothing. Just enough volume, just enough muffle.........................................until I installed long tube headers.

Soon as I got the DTLT's on, I was seemingly back to square one. Yes, it sounded badass but the rasp was unbearable, not to mention I was back to yelling at my passengers just to hold a conversation in the cab. First idea came to me: run a resonator! Got one of those oval Vibrant resonators welded in front of the Magnaflow. Really didn't do much volume wise. Little do a lot of people know resonators are NOT "just little mufflers." They are only good at filtering for a certain range of sound. I was hoping the resonator would be filtering the range I needed---took the chance and it backfired(pun intended har har har).

Did some measuring and spec'd out a Borla XR1 muffler. Much more substantial than the resonator, but still fit in the confined space that resided after the y-pipe and before the 4wd xfer case cross member. Had the resonator taken off, and Borla welded on. BOOM. Nailed it. Throaty, not raspy at all, no drone in cabin, I can speak to passengers and not yell at them, and it maintained the clearance I needed for the SUA out back. WIN/WIN/WIN/WIN

Had I just done 3" front pipe + Borla XR1 + Magnaflow 22" oval all from the start, I KNOW I'd be well under a grand for a custom exhaust even counting the exhaust work labor factored in. This setup sounds even better if you can run it past the axle to the back. Sounds more throaty.

So thats my exhaust story. Learn from my mistakes. lol. Spec U pricing is not for everyone, and it certainly was not even on my radar. To this day, I am very satisfied with the end product of my "R&D" and can confidently say it's somewhat "proven" by a few fellow members on TW. :)

Pebble in a huge sandbox or not. No reason to be a dick. I got some of that vibe from him as well.

Glad you ended up with something you like. I had a Borla on my last Coma and loved it. My first choice in mufflers from now on.

My only gripe was when I emailed him saying I wanted to order about $1500 worth of parts and which ones would he recommend, I waited a good week and a half with no response and finally just ordered my parts, and then about a day after they shipped he responded. The only reason I didn't order off of Amazon was because the part numbers werent matching up and kept saying it wouldnt fit my truck. The price difference hurt a bit, the lack of any sort of free shipping or shipping deals for bulk orders sucks but URD is pretty much the only performance company devoted to Tacomas.
