I just bought a set of stock TRD wheels off a 06 Tacoma, I'm going to get them powdercoated and then swap to my truck. The question I had was will the TPMS sensors fit into the wheels. As far as I know the 06's didn't come with the TPMS system, I don't think they changed the wheels but I figured I would ask the infinite wisdom of TW for a soild answer. Thanks

    yes, 06's came with TMPS
but I don't know if your sensors will fit the wheels. I think the sensors for steel wheels (if that's what you have) are different and you may have to get straps to hold them in.

Alloy sensors fit all toyota alloy wheels that came with sensors. So if you are switching alloy to alloy they will work fine.

Steel six lug sensors will fit, but you have to flip them 180 degrees and drop them into the tire whenever you swap tires (or they will break). My "steel sensors" are all taped to my spare and it works fine.
