So i bought a 2012 sr5 and was going thru the carfax records and since it was a certified toyota everything was done at local dealer. My question is 1yr ago is was brought in for scheduled maintenance and to install TRD wheels and alignment. Are these wheels really TRD wheels? I don't see anything on them indicating they are as they have a regular toyo center cap. I'm thinking maybe the dealer just added that so some unknown reason. I don't know the difference in wheels anyways and I'm going to try and upload photo[IMG].

Those WHEELS are the ones that came on my TRD Off Road. Those TIRES are Toyo tires, good looking tires by the way.

These are TRD OR standard equipment, so yes they are TRD wheels. I don't believe they were standard on SR5 models. There are many different styles of "TRD" wheels.

I dipped mine last night but peeled it off. It was too cold and had to keep running inside to warm the can up. Wasn't as even as I wanted it so I will wait till the summer.

That wheel is standard on TRD Off Road and optional on SR5.

SR5 comes with steelies as standard wheels.

Yea that's what I saw on the spare tire when I changed the rear diff, so I figured that was the original wheels but wasn't sure
