TRDECALS Bedside Decals

Has anyone dealt with TRDECALS.com recently? I placed an order when the product did not have a sold out stamp on it, but have not gotten any confirmation of shipping for it. I received the order confirmation, but nothing more. Low and behold, I do not see any type of contact information on the webpage or the order confirmation. Trying to reach out to this group as I know people have dealt with this seller before.

Ever recieve them? I'm in the same boat, placed an order on April 25th with no contact since.

 

I never received them, nor response. I disputed it thru my payment process and got my money back.

 

I’ve had a good experience with TRDecals in the past. I bought the reflective beside decals and he responded to me on FB messenger to help give me tips on how to install. His name is Jason Malfatti. I gave a 5star rating for excellent customer service! I’m sorry that you didn’t experience the same. The decals are great and has held up to many many washes.
