Very nice lookin truck Kris. This had to be one of the cleanest and nicest looking trucks at the meet and greet. The whole time you were behind me in the beginning, I kept looking back at your damn headlights (trying to figure out how to switch them with mine without you noticing) lol great job on the build...truck looks great. I need to get the ball rollin and do the projector retro on mine, I hate my stock headlights now...thanks a lot. Lol How did you like the intake, headers, exhaust, and MAF calibrator? Did they make a big difference? I should of had you take me for a ride real quick when we got into Prescott.

lol, well its a good thing i didnt leave my truck for long because there would be a few of you trying to get my lights out, then there would be a fight.

You should do a retro.... its well worth it, as im sure you know. Huge difference.

As for the performance mods, Its tough for me to say if theres much of a difference. The Dyno numbers show a difference, but i dont know how the butt dyno is because i have not driven an otherwise stock tacoma in ages. Yours would be a good comparison though due to the tire size..... I cant compare my truck to one with 33's because mine are just as heavy and almost as big as most 35's.

Next time i see you, at a meet or helping with your retro, we can take each others for a ride to see if its a noticeable difference.

I think after my UCA's, intake, exhaust, and headers I am going to try and tackle the projector retro. I had denial projectors in my 06 Sierra and they make such a difference.

I see you went with the 5100s and the 885 OMEs. Is there a reason you opted out of just getting the Ultimate Toytec Coils? Just curious. Your setup is definitely one to be admired and sought after.

    Thanks for posting your build.

thanks for the compliment. At the time I purchased this setup the toytec ultimate was not available. Hindsight I would have gotten Icon coilovers.

Thanks to everyone else for the compliments!

Kris did you ever get a chance to take some pics of your lights? I've decided I'm goin for it. I need to save up a little more and find a good set of OEM headlights and then I'm ordering everything. Can't wait....those lights are badass.

Also, what color temp are your fogs?

Are you going to do the BHLM while you do the retro? or just keep em clear?

The fogs i have now are 3000k.
