My 2000 xtra cab just won't do anymore. I love the truck but with the addition of a little boy to the family 9 months ago, I need more room.
I was able to wait and find exactly what I have wan't for a while, 2007 DCLB TRD Sport 4x4. One owner, 62k miles and this truck is impeccable!

I'll post more pics when I get back from my work season (nuclear outage worker) and actually get to drive the thing.

I still have my 1st gen. I will probably sell it but I hate to. I'll just wait until I get what I want and what I figure out what I want for it.

Nice! I wanted the Sport LB, but in red. Wound up with an SR5 LB in black. I had a silver LB before that and loved it. That one will last you a long time. And congrats on the little one as well - the toughest job you'll ever love.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
Dang, very nice catch! Gonna do any mods like a lift/such to it?

Thanks! Only upgrades will be a topper with roof racks, wet okole seat covers and maybe some FN 5 star wheels some day.

Just picked up a snugtop camper shell today. Got it for $800 and it's exactly what I wanted. Had to have the front window fold down after my 2000 Tacoma. They get so dirty inbetween the cab and shell.

Also, I think it needs about a 3" lift with some gnarly tires and black wheels...

Thanks MarX! He's a pretty cool little guy, almost a year old.

Ill give you $1000 for your first gen. I think thats as much as I would be allowed to spend before I would be divorced.

I got put in the dog house for checking out a 1977 Ford F150 this weekend.

I'd like to think one day I could have 4 trucks.

Haha. I gotcha man. I told my wife I wanted to keep my 2000, she just stared at me for a while. I did get a decent offer on it tonight but it's not what I want. That's how I'll justify having it around for a little longer.

    I'll go $2000, and be there tomorrow:D

Seriously though, congratulations, and that is a beautiful first gen. I'd try to buy it, but I don't think I'd be welcome home afterwards if I did.

congrats! Beautiful truck you scored man. I'm in the same boat just paid $16,500 for the same thing, minus the 4x4. It's a 2006 Silver TRD Sport DCLB with 69,000 miles. Impeccable condition as well. People cant believe it's a 2006. So you paid more for a 4x4... good price IMHO. Instead of getting Wet Okele I went to Amazon and got the Caltrend covers. Great fit and great material. Let me know if you want pics. Similar to Wet Okeles. I also picked up some barely used K02s and will have put on tomorrow. Saving for new rims, a softopper, and a 5100/AAL lift. I'm in love LOL. This is my first truck. Wanted to go new, but my frugal side took over. Made the right decision.

Awesome lashingbar! Yea, I've always been a big fan of Tacomas. Sounds like you got a nice rig yourself.

On a side note...I just took the truck "offroad" for the first time to check out the 4x4. Well, the indicator light continued to flash in 4H and flashed and beeped in 4L. Hope it's not anything serious. I will be doing my research on here unless someone gives me the easy way out after they read this.
