I am very impressed with how the truck held up. Looks to me like one hell of an impact. No broken glass except where the tree hit, would have expected the drivers door and rear window to be broken or atleast cracked.

I really hate these irresponsible people. Glad it was only her and nobody else.

My job currently puts me in the street a lot, know a co-worker who got pinned at the legs by a driver, gone to court to testify on other things I've seen from drunk drivers. They all plead not guilty , even after the blood shows their content, and often get off with diversion. Hell vehicular manslaughter doesn't exist as a crime in oregon. So personally methheads drunks, i think very poorly of them. Also , i used to help dad on the ambulance when i was in high school, he is still a paramedic, Seen enough of it then too. I choose not to swear much, if it seemed feeble to you then fine. Perhaps you as another drunk ,you are mad about my opinion?

 

In .ca, we don't have vehicular anything - at best, it'd be criminal negligence causing death... and those rarely get pursued because of lame ass pansy judges

If someone helps a dd by giving them a list, they should charged - whether they did it purposely or not...

 

Maybe he isn't the most eloquent poster, nor am I, but maybe if you knew what he does for a living and what he's seen you might better understand. Many of us on this forum have no tolerance for drunk drivers because we've seen the devastation firsthand. Keep that in mind.

Man, we get in trouble if our shirt isn't orange or lime green now, newer rules due to such driving. Gearaholic might just be venting, think we all vent here a bit.

I'm always glad to see the intolerance to driving while impaired on here.I've cut dead people out of vehicles with a lot less damage......Shame on her and as others have said,thank God no innocent folks had to pay.
