ok, well it sleeted here last night, woke up early (to make it to work on time), check the road in front of the house...no ice on the road. go down the road about .2-.3 of a mile, yep, found some ice, then a tree to the bed of the Taco. thanks to the dunlop at20 tires, took me almost an hour to dig myself out. there was a few 3-4' pine logs that gathered up together, that i had to move out from under the drivers side frame! come to find out, work wasnt going to start until 4 hours from usual time...if only i would have know! heres some pix, going to try & get pix of the scene tomorrow!

If it were my truck I'd put money into replacing those tires you're blaming way before even considering fixing that bed. It looks like the tailgate even still works...

heres where i hit the tree, & it took me nearly an hour to get out & back on the road! just got back from getting my Firestone Dest. A/T's put on, i feel it wouldnt have taken around an hour to get out with diff. tires, accident may not of even happened, too late for that though! in the 1st pic, the tree to the far left is the 1 i hit, no damage to the tree.

thought about it, but the damage is already done. it also kept me from hitting another tree, in maybe a worse place on the truck, & may have caused an injury...who knows? im just glad there was no more damage then what there was!

im sure it will, im not going to complain. it could have been worse. just looking at the threads today, i noticed that 2 or 3 other people had it alot worse then i did. no room for me to complain about a small dent that will be able to be fixed.
