I'm on the phone with Navy Federal right now...

Just finished filing the dispute with them, I guess I'm thankful I didn't use Paypal, and can deal with my bank directly.

    A bunch of mods :)
I didn't concern myself too much before as I was one of the last people to place orders. I just assumed this meant I would be one of the last to receive product. Am I right that although tracking numbers have been issued none of the product has been delivered ?

This is very disconcerting because the whole process is not that complicated. You sort and pack some boxes each day to keep everyone in good spirits, they post that they received product on the forums and the remaining customer are satisfied that their's will soon be on the way. From what I can tell, this isn't happening.

The mistake here, and I mentioned this early on, is that businesses should not use customer funds to finance incoming goods (unless it is a custom job/custom product). This is exactly what BANKS are for and we should've known better.

As a late orderer, I'm still within 45 days but hope I don't have to take that step.

Sooo, what's going on with these orders ?

No idea what is going on with orders. Troy was on both T4R.org and here last night for over an hour and he didn't respond to anyone.

I tendered my "resignation" today. This is not how I do business

I also wasn't concerned for quite a while because I was so late to order. Once communication shut down and Troy has gone MIA, I decided to move on it.

So far we have pictures of boxes, no proof of what's inside then and some empty tracking numbers got less than half the customers. When can we call it a big scam and call the police?

By all means, if it comes to that, you should be involved, to try and help us out and get our monies back. You're not the one i want to hang. From the looks of it, everyone is upset with Troy, not you.

Been texting him every day. No dice.

Now I'm helping those of you who want to get a refund via PM. Giving instructions on how to approach filing a report

The only numbers I have are the lists in the original post in the GB, combined with the price list in that post. I think I personally got $14k worth of lights signed up just from TW and FJNE. Not sure about ih8mud or t4r.org. See if there are lists there and you will have your totals.

filed a complaint with AMEX, they are going to do everything for me. hope this works out for everyone. I have some contacts in some agencies that deal with this sort of thing, so I will be keeping tabs on the thread and watching to see if trek will come through. I really hope he does.
