Yeah their layout is different from ours, I saw Treklights in the tag bar at the bottom of the thread and thought it was like ours, people viewing the thread... Either way it was said he was logged in and still gave no updates.

Does anyone know if Trek Lights is a registered business in Florida or was he just operating as an individual?

I am sorry you guys got caught up in a cluster-f like this. We have had a couple of different people come on T4R trying to set up like "vendors" and sell these lights. You can tell by the looks of their web sites that it is just using a shell design. The people that came to our site before were basically run off because people could see through their BS. If people come on these sites, posing as vendors, they need to be questioned. You can tell the legit vendors with established businesses but these start-up, make money fast, guys are not good for our online communities.

Hello guys, I have been following Troy's "Group Buy" on a few forums for the last few days now. This sucks that everyone is getting stiffed on their purchase. FWIW: I bought some lights from him before the group buy and got my lights. I don't know what his deal is with this buy or with Troy. I'm a mod on T4R.org and am doing what I can to get a hold of Troy but I'm not holding my breath. If I were able, I would drive to Florida and beat some answers, lights or refunds out of him. This is rediculous that this has gotten to this.

If i were a scammer, i would do it like hes done. Send out some good light to people early to make it seem like ive got shit under control and make everyone else happy enough to put money into the group buy. at this point i wont be trusting anything until i have my light in my hands. for all i know he could send rocks in the mail to have something show up on the tracking number.

    Damn... Everyone is on here.

What I don't like is him not responding, yet he was on the forums for an hour yesterday. Smells fishy to me

Anyone who got lights, do you have his address?

I think I threw out the boxes but I'll look when I get home.

I know he's in Jupiter, FL. I'll ask Evan and a few others.

I still have the boxes that he shipped my lights in. I'll check in a few hours when I get home for an address. I'll post it up when I can.
