Got a tracking number, don't want these anymore, brcause ofmthe poor customer service, just want a refund. I've emailed and pm'd Troy.

Edit for clarification: emails and pm were sent out before receiving tracking number. Email was then sent after as well.

 

I can only imagine if one of us has to use our "1 year warranty" lol

Want a refund, but I get a tracking number? Still have not heard from Troy about getting a refund. Whatever I just want to be done with this bullshit whether I get lights or not.

 

Now that this GB is being resolved and put to bed, when will another GB be put together?.........

Don't hold your breath. Luckily I spent ~$100, so my situation isn't as bad. Probably safe to say that his business with most forum members is gone as fast as it started.

Wouldn't or be more appropriate? Just sayin' . Sounds like most people are getting their lights. I'm assuming Troy is just opening boxes and putting the lights into newer boxes to be shipped out.

150 orders doesn't happen overnight, guys. Not with 2 people doing it.

As for refunds, I don't speak for Trek, but just from the way things have gone, I'm going to assume he's going to take care of his paying customers first and get the lights out before he starts dealing with refunds. Or who knows, maybe hes processing them now.

 

I think Troy is doing things right now but that takes time as well

 

That's what I mean, he's actually working here. This turned into a total mess for him, but he's getting shit done finally, and getting lights out. I was wrong in calling this a scam, so there was no "I told you so" on that front...obviously this whole situation could have been handled alot better, customer service-wise, but hey, You live and you learn. I think everyone on all sides are smarter from this encounter.
