Regardless. This is something that should have been resolved immediately. I honestly don't understand this guy. How clueless can you be not to take care of paying customers. This irks the shit out of me.

 

I think he's on vacation again... Anyone have his Wife's email? I can understand him dodging the ppl wiht missing lights but I have an extra and dont know what to do with it. Ive sent him a PM, posted the pic here, emailed his Treklight email and personal email, and left him a msg on his phone...

Dont know what to do with it right now... To be honest, I dont know how Im gonna mount my 7"... Might just sell it if I cant find a use for it.

Chiming in here, just registered to throw my 2 cents in. I had ordered two 8" ES lights, one in spot and one in flood along with a pod. I received all three pieces, BUT the 8" lights were both flood beam. (I should point out that the flood version is more of a work light, and I'm guessing the spot beam is what we would traditionally call flood).

I got one reply from Troy about it and he asked for side-by-side shots which I provided, and then he's gone quiet. I've continued to follow up, and even offered to pay for a third light if he can send the Spot version, since two floods don't give me anywhere near the beam throw I need. I haven't heard anything still.

Troy not responding to an offer to purchase the additional light is making me wonder if he even has any of these lights left in stock, which would indicate he also doesn't have stock set aside for warranty replacements. There's a very good chance that if any of these lights fail, he won't have product to replace them with.

 

He's very busy right now. He is sorting things out.

 

I've been out of the loop on this for a bit, but are you STILL standing up for this fucking guy?? Or are you being sarcastic? Because this whole GB is bullshit, I would be ashamed to show my face on any of these forums if I was Troy. What a dirtbag.
