    I got the smittybilt X2O 10k synthetic for the wife. Idk that they had updated the remote and switch on the winch. Also the hook is now removable.

    We lost our sweet Maltese Abby 2 weeks ago today. She got sick SO fast (went from normal blood-work to gravely bad blood-work in 3 weeks) - I still don't understand what happened. She quit eating and it turned out her kidneys had totally shut down - in addition to her having an enlarged heart. It was awful, but it was best to let her go. I haven't been able to go pick up her ashes since they close before I can make it over there - thankfully Brandon works a half day on Friday and is going to get them today. I'm anxious to see what they put them in so I can decide if I want to order something nicer online.

    Here she is doing two of her favorite things...riding in my lap in the car (she LOVED looking out the window) and laying in the grass on a sunny day. I miss her!!! <3

    The wheels.

    My new tires came from Discount...we paid the extra to have them dispose of my current tires and told them we just wanted the wheels back. Went back later that day when they called and said everything was done - and they start rolling the tires out to my car (still on the TRD wheels of course). We told them no - we don't want the tires...just the wheels - so they said to leave them there and come back Monday to get them. So - I go back the next week and even called first and asked if my WHEELS were ready for me to pick up...was told yes so I go over there...low and behold they start to roll my GD tires out again. I tell the guy AGAIN that I just need the WHEELS - and he tells me I will have to wait 30 minutes (and says that it is extra to dispose of the tires...ummm no shit sherlock - WE ALREADY FUCKING PAID IT) or come back another day (this was last Thursday) so I leave...today I called and I asked the dude that answered the phone if my WHEELS only were ready - and he said yes - and in a rather shitty/annoyed sounding tone he tells me that they have been ready (sans tires) since the day I dropped them off 2 weeks ago. I said - are you sure?? Because I've been up there twice to pick them up and both times they still had tires on them...he got all attitudey Judy with me again and assured me they had been ready to pick up for 2 weeks - no tires. WTF. Obviously that is bullshit because I've seen them with my own 2 eyes as recently as last Thursday...still on the fucking tires. So - I'm curious to see if they are actually ready to go..and if they aren't I really want to go ape shit on them.

    Agreed! and it didn't seem like they ever noted anywhere what I wanted...and of course I got someone different every time I went or called so no one had a clue what was going on. Seems like it would be pretty simple to add it to the notes on the computer...

    I learn the names of the managers and usually just talk to them. Thankfully at my local discount the employees have been the same, so they usually know me by my truck and know I am pretty simple to work with and am in and out quickly.
