I'll let you know! I'll play around with how I'm going to set everything else up in the truck to see if it's feasible to relocate the fridge. I have so much left still to do before next weekend. I'm pretty bummed I didn't have enough RAMM mat to finish that job this weekend. That would have saved a ton of last minute stress that I'm sure to endure in the coming days. Shit, I still need to pick up some trail books for CO and UT. I knew I was forgetting to order something.

I have a Co and Moab book you can borrow for your trip if we can arrange for you to get them from me before you go. I'm free most weekends and wednesdays. just let me know. I also have one for AZ, I think its still in the truck from the last trip.

Damn man, those are the ones on my list, along with the northern CO book. I appreciate that! I think it's time that I get my own though. I go up there a few times a year but have only stuck to stuff I know up until now that I'm built for more of the fun stuff.

I bought them when I made my first trip up there after buying the truck. Being completely stock I needed something to tell me where I was going to be pretty safe with no experience. Didnt make it to N CO so I held off on buying that one until I end up in that area. I found them easily when i was in the areas. You can probably save a few bucks on Amazon though. If anything changes and you want to borrow them just let me know. I can give them up for a few months since I dont have plans to travel that way again this year.

    I've got a question for y'all...

I'm gearing up some spare parts to take with me on my trip in case I get myself into trouble. So far on my list I've got tie rods and a CV axle... anything else that's a common point of failure when wheeling hard that I should look to bring along?

Tire valve stems, I've ripped one out on a rock before. Used a hilift to break the bead, changed it out and reset the bead with a ratchet straps.

Can you get a standard valve stem that will fit in place of the TPMS?

Sounds like an effective method to fix a valve stem. I should have mentioned... I'm covered when it comes to tire repair and recovery gear. The last bit of CYA I need to address is truck parts/fluids for the things that can break and be replaced on the trail. I've never had to fix anything on a trail other than a winch rope, so y'all's experience is welcome and appreciated!

Edit: I'll be on trail alone most of the time after the first week, so I have to be sorta careful.

Yeah, you can get them for about a buck at a car parts store. I forget the proper size but that's easy to find here. It's good cheap insurance because while a nail in a tire will leak slow, if you shear off a valve stem that tire is staying flat. I've lost valve stems twice, both were metal stems for TPMS that caught a rock and broke, no Band-Aids for that.

Standard cheapo valves will work just fine. I keep some of them as well as some of these valves I picked up during a group buy hosted by our buddy Ramon.

Finally got around to doing the 400w anytime mod, and while I was at it went ahead and added some outlets in the console to power all the goodies.

looks good! I may need to do that sometime. Would be nice to not have a power inverter plugged into the cig lighter and just have a few regular outlets in the cab.

Right!? Lol I'll fix it tomorrow. I got some longer seat bracket bolts in the mail today that I need to install tomorrow. I'm going to add some 3/4" spacers under the brackets to raise the rear of the seat a little bit to hopefully increase comfort on my upcoming journey.

Interesting. I never thought to look at instructions for installing the floor liners... guess I should have!
