I'll be out that way after the fourth some time. Still working out dates with work. I'm looking to take four weeks off and hang around the mountains on my way to see family in Washington. I'm so stoked to be up there! I'd love to do some exploring with guys that know the area a bit more. I frequent the Sawatch range for most of my wheeling and 14'er summits. Having some serious time to explore will be BADASS!

Awesome! Maybe we'll all cross paths. Lots of beer to drink up there and lots of trails to run.

Thank you @G.T. for the good price and light speed shipping of this bubba rope! It should serve me quite well.

I was quite surprised when the USPS delivery woman got out of her jeep and asked me "What's a bubba rope?"

My UPS guy has a pretty good sense of humor so he breaks my balls a bit when I get boxes. One thing about that rope, don't go all out with it. Best way is to connect both end stretch till it's almost taught at it's normal static length and then go. The rope does all the work and it's brilliant when you see it happen.

The FedEx guy at my last place would give me a hard time too. It's funny, living out in the country away from it all, couriers are the folks you talk to the most!

    10-4 thanks for the beta!!

I'd play with it before you actually have to use it. I saw a demo for the military grade ropes and was blown away with how well they work. You really need less energy than you'd think.
