Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
You are going to love it! Blows away anything else out there in price and options! It is pretty much limitless in what you can do with them.

I know! In my opinion it's way better than a frontrunner. Way less and way more versatility. Zach is giving me some mounts for maxtrax and Plano boxes and I'll be mounting a 40" up top. I'm super stoked for it

You don't need mounts for the Plano... just drill 4 holes in the right spots and run a bolt... get as many bars as you can also. More bars means better load spread and more mounting options.

That's basically what it is and he's not charging me for it so it's all good haha. I'm going to get more bars in the near future. For now I won't have that much weight up there so I'm just keeping it the standard 6 right now.

Also highly recommend you have him powder coat the fairing and side rails. I regret not having him do that. PC is perfect for the roof rack as opposed to paint like I did.

They do...but they still need to be sealed up. When you get it fill each spacer with RTV and then also on the base of the spacers. The more RTV the better or it will leak.

Found a set of 315/70/17 Kelly Safari TSR on Craigslist for a steal. Picking them up in a week or two when I find the time! Everything's moving so quickly before this Moab trip!

Breaking news! Got the Prinsu on top all in one night along with the Plano case. Deciding if I should keep it full time or part time. 500894e7ebcdd5d518c362a984639d9b_2c152167a5bebd20fa01f83785749dac102a4a42.jpg

I leave the rack on all the time but take the boxes off unless needed to cut down on the noise. Now that the holes are drilled and the hardware is in the slides it is a 5 minute job.

That's what I was thinking. Only downside is that means all my recovery equipment and winch remote and shit stays at home. I keep everything in there now. I just need to find the time to wire in cab controls as well.

I've always loved how cute a stock tacoma looks next to mine.

Took the fenders off today to trim for the 35s! I was thinking I will trim the front 2-3" but leave the back stock except cut off the inside lip that bolts to the sheet metal.

I couldn't figure out what to do with the snorkel yet so I just took it off and duct taped the hole in the fender.

My rock sliders are at the powder coaters right now getting redone and my rack will be sent there for a repaint too.

After today I realized I need to invest in a few more lumens. So this will be my reason!
