    Nope, we had to scratch that idea. The 35” spare is too big and takes up too much air space

    Timbo’s Customs does it again. I ordered cam tab gussets from Wheeler's Off-Road, Inc for my 2016 TRD OR. The parts came in and before we realized they didn’t fit the 3rd gen alignment cam bolts, we had already cut the stock tabs off. Tim and Todd Wayne Allen did some emergency fabrication and got the holes to match. Tim also cut new tabs to fit. Come to find out, the part number for these is for 05-15 only. Basically, I have completely custom cam tab gussets now.

    Paving the way for others to follow! Funny how the threaded part of the bolt fits and is the same size as the 2nd gen yet the rest is bigger. The threaded end will still end up being your failure point if it ever fails.

    The bolt is in a sleeve that attaches to the cam.

    Ah got ya now I see that :anonymous:. So must be a redesign from the 2nd gens to try and correct the seizing or make it seize more :rofl:

    I guess. It was a total pain in the ass. The cams on the 3rd gen are larger as well.

    Yeah there are a lot of manufacturers that do this stupid cam bolts/slots for adjusting camber,caster, and rear toe and after so many yrs they all seem to seize. Did you put some antiseize on yours before reinstall?
