Do you have a side shot with the HC rear bumper?

Must’ve had you confused with someone else. I thought you had a swingout on the new bumper.
I ordered mine at the end of October. It should be ready soon, but I told him I didn’t want it shipped until January, since we always spend the last week of the year in Ocala.

Does your rear tire rub the shock? I cut and bent my brackets like Timbo said, but it still rubs. Not bad though. I was thinking about getting some different wheels with less backspace.
I still need to go to a 4 leaf pack too, but don’t want to dick with the suspension anymore until I get some new coilovers for the front.

Ford towers need to have lots of back space.

I had a rear swingout but sold it and got a high clearance.

No rub on the Shock with the 3.5” backspace F5’s. I have all the parts on hand to relocate the shocks inboard when I have the time to get it done. I am having issues with my shocks topping out and the bumpstops aren’t helping relieve it.

Which bump stops do you have in the rear? I’m planning on running at 14” and it looks like my Timbren will stop them from topping out.

Go 12 and inboard the shocks. Set your bumps up after you flex the suspension out

Never heard of this. What does inboarding them do? Also, what exactly is that? I’m guessing moving them closer to the center of the axel? :anonymous:

I feel like the inboard thing doesn’t do much. Only thing I can think of next is to get 16s and have more travel than necessary from the shock then just bump the chevies so they don’t break or bend like they do.

That’s the problem I’ve had with the 63’s. I’ve bent up 2 sets already.
