    Sorry for the hundred questions: but what options should be selected for the 63 Swap Kit from RuffStuff? I'm assuming I don't need any spring perch, based on the research I've been doing and no lower shock brackets either.

    1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
    Wrong u bolts and do you have lower shock brackets ? I’ve always used the long curved ones

    I'll use what comes with the towers or use the long curved ones from Ruffstuff if I go with a custom tower.

    ETA - what is wrong with the u bolts in that kit? It's the same kit Brian linked in the OP.

    I’m pretty sure if you reference the 3 swap thread they use a different u bolt. Unless the 3rd gen has a smaller tube.

    I have 3.25” U bolts already but they mic out to 3.375” ID, so there is actually 1/8” of play in them on the axle tube. No biggie, it’ll work.

    I was literally thinking the same... I’m going 35s so the only reason I still consider them is because there aren’t many lightweight options with 3.5 backspacing.
