Tried to pass f150 eco boost today

I give Ford credit for being the first company to lead with one engine option in the midsize market and make it not a V6. Pulling over the transmission from the half ton lineup is also a nice change. Those two things combined might push Toyota into offering something truly unique. I'd love to see a good looking Tacoma with a hybrid powertrain or maybe even a turbo engine from the Lexus lineup.

 

Better add some NOS so there is no next time

 

I’m still waiting for the Coyote Ecoboost I was promised, yo.

 

I just ordered a F150, single cab, short bed, 4x4, 3.73 locked rear, coyote v8. Now I’m just trying to decide if I keep both trucks.

 

You’ll probably have a year to decide. I ordered a Ranger in September 21 and it arrived at the dealer in late June of this year. Hopefully it’ll be quicker for you

 

At least I’ve got plenty of time to save for it… just hoping since it is an xl model with a more basic engine it’ll arrive sooner :|

 

Probably should keep the Toyota. You’ll need at least one reliable vehicle.

 

I've seen the new ford maverick with the eco-boost smoke a v8 chevy impala here. They do haul the mail.

 

I wish Ford would allow the STX in the 150 like the Super Duty. The best configuration for the RCSB is monotone paint imo. This truck looks amazing, imagine a 150 like this.

i hate when people speed up when you go to pass them. really selfish behavior. very immature.

 

Happens pretty much everytime I pass someone here. Don’t know wtf is wrong with people.

The V8 in the fords are pretty stout. It's prob more reliable than the taco 3.5.....
