Thanks man! I'll have to post up her new Royals car seat in the backseat when I get a chance.

    I started with a 5 lug/2TR-FE/4 banger.

Traded it in, went to the dark side with with a dbl cab (family/2kids).

Will return to a 4 banger once i dont have to haul kids around anymore. Looked at the access cabs, glad I went dbl for now. Kids would have been crammed in the acess plus i can still wheel the dcsb.

Took a trip up to Yankee Hill with my old man last week. He decided to join the cool kids club with a set of Cooper ST MAXX and wanted to try them out so it seemed like a good opportunity to do a little light wheelin and take Molly on her first wheelin trip! Didn't want to do anything to crazy in case she wasn't in to it and since she had surgery just a few weeks before. Like always in life, she took it like a boss and had a blast!

    IMG_7487.jpg IMG_7505.jpg IMG_7517.jpg IMG_7498.jpg IMG_7533.jpg IMG_7529.jpg

We ended up not going all the way through and ended up taking some unknown spur down to Blackhawk.

Afterwards while stopping at a roadside fruit stand and airing up while the girls checked out the goods I noticed my power steering cap was missing

    IMG_7527.jpg

I don't know how long it has been missing. The fluid inside did not look dirty, so thinking it was loose and maybe fell off on the trail?!?

    IMG_7528.jpg

    That'll get me back home.

All in all it was a great day with the fam, beautiful weather, great wheelin and scenery.

Probably the last techician that checked the level didn't tighten it down.

Let's hope so, at least I'd know I did one thing right!

Actually I think there is a very real possibility that by the time she is of driving age that our newly purchased 4Runner will be her first ride. I sure as hell would have liked that as a first car!!

No kidding. I purchased lifetime alignments from firestone and last time I was there decided to have them change the oil. I'll save the details but a simple job turned into a shitshow. Never again.

Having a 4Runner as a first car would be awesome! I had a 1996 Pathfinder in college and I loved it! 4runner is another level! If you do let her drive it she will be more than happy! But I am sure the 2.7 will still be alive!

Unless I don't have the tools, like alignments, I do all my own work.
