Trouble getting transmission shaft detached from flywheel

    I will try this next time I try taking it apart. I had to put it back together for now because it is my daily driver. Thanks for the info!

    Started automatic. Swapped to manual
    Sorry it didn't work out this time. I will post bolt pattern for removing from my haynes book. I would suggest picking one up that covers your yr. truck. Super helpful. Later, Andy
    Careful of dust from clutch when it's over you. Asbestos used for clutch.

    Hey guys, I'm new to the taco world forum but have been reading this site for some time.
    I'm in the middle of dropping my transmission on a 2002 SR5 Tacoma, 2.7 litre four cylinder on jack stands. Sounds like it's a bitch! I've got front and rear drive shafts disconnected along with the electrical and starterout.?????
