Trouble removing front shock strut (help)

    Other sides always easier... right. After using some brute force got the LCA down far enough to fit the strut in. Went to the other side and took less than half the time. Disconnected the spindle from LCA, disconnected sway bar, loosened the LCA bolts, Did NOT disconnect tie-rod and worked fine.

    NOW, I have a big issue. Everything is tight looks fine, but when driving there is an occasional clunking sound. Funny, it does not get bad over bumps???

    Any ideas? I was going to lift it loosen lower strut mounting bolt, LCA alignment bolts --- wiggle---- then retighten. It sounds more than just spring and strut settling.
