Hello everyone I have a big problem with my truck it is having a hard time starting . It started when I poured water on my radiator because I spilled coolant and I wanted to clean it after I started it and it made this really weird noise and since then it would make a whining sound every time I would start it and it would last 3:seconds and now it's hard having a hard time turning over did I mess up something or is it something like the belt

Maybe something electrical caused by the water spillage?
