Is there anything wrong with the current state of this alignment? Don't believe the driver's side will go any further without sanding down the H4 alignment washer. Can't figure out what the flare of light is from above the left step-up either. I really want to seal these things up and put them to use!

What about a washer under the tab closest to the fender? just the smallest amount of upward pressure on that seemed to have evened it up with the other side.

Check out HID Planet. People do a lot of work modifying shrouds to make the cutoff dead even. There is a lot of guess and check work with these to make them perfect. People put spacers on the shrouds, mess with the shape of them, space the lens away from the bulb, etc. HID planet has a great deal of information and you could probably find tips on how to modify the projectors to get the results you want.

EDIT: NVM, I thought you were talking about a washer on the projector back. Be careful spacing the headlight housing, the hood slams down on it so if it's too high, it'll make contact when you shut the hood.

yeah... I've been looking through HID planet seeing all the perfect alignments. I just don't have the optimum setting to be doing all the trial and error stuff. Thanks for the input!
